My Roku Premier is overheating.

I tired to order the free HDMI extender, but it won't accept my SN number. I've followed all other steps and it continues to overheat.

ashperry89, the extender is only for sticks that plug directly into a TV without the need for an HDMI cable.  It would accomplish absolutely nothing for a Premiere device.  If your device is still under warranty:

Otherwise, try a different USB power adapter and/or try setting your display type to 720p if it's set to Auto (1080p).  My experience has shown that once a device starts overheating there's not much that can be done to save it.
