My Paramount plus App is not working on my Roku Ultra on my LG TV.

My Paramount plus app stopped working about 5 days ago. It opens up and you can see all the available shows, but when you click on a show it will not fully open and play or it plays for a few seconds...

    Thank you for your quick reply.

    I was aware of the need to do the system restart, which I accomplished by unplugging the power line from the back of the box.  It did not fix the issue. The issue is moot now as the app began working, last night, all by itself without my doing anything additional. 

    The behavior of my both the Ultra boxes I have owned have been very quirky on my LG 65-inch OLED TV.

When you reinstalled the app, if you didn't restart your Roku device by performing a "System restart" under Settings->System->Power after you removed it and before you reinstalled it, try it again with the "System restart" after removal.

    FYI - We had the exact same thing happen and around the exact same time in June. Thankfully doing a reset by unplugging the box worked.  I did want to take this chance to say that all of the directions U;ve seen for how to do ths reset with teh remote are wrong or at least they are now and we have the latest update as far as I know. If you go to settings>>system there is no System Reset to be found.

      edcarden, on some Roku devices and all Roku TVs, "System restart" is located under Settings->System->Power.  Roku has this annoying habit of moving things around or changing the terminology in the menus which often makes old information obsolete.
