My hallmark app keeps kicking me out during movies

everything is up to date, but I keep getting kicked out of my movies multiple times and have to keep signing back in. None of the other apps we use does this.

    Before proceeding, may we know if this is the only app you have observed this behavior? If so, have you tried to remove the app (navigate to your Home screen, move to the right, highlight the app, press Star*, then select Remove channel), perform a system reboot (Settings > System > Power > System restart), and then reinstall it? 

    We highly recommend trying this troubleshooting method to see if this helps you resolve your playback issues with the Hallmark TV app.  We also need to make sure that these steps have been done precisely to work.

      I’ve tired it all, nothing works! I just don’t know why it keeps doing it 

  • Mine hallmark app is doing the same and is only app doing it it’s like every hour on the hour it kicks me out and have to resign in my tv credentials to watch the movie so annoying have you found what fixes it

      I haven’t, im lucky if I get an hour before it kicks me out. Sometimes it could be a good 20 minutes multiple times during movies

        Try accessing the channel using an alternative network like a mobile hotspot to see if that makes any difference.
