My 600 lb life on tlc subtitles are garbled

My 600 lb life on tlc subtitles are garbled. I removed Prime, unplugged the Roku device for 5 minutes, plugged it back on and added Prime . Same issue

      Hi,  I should call the TLC app support ? I don’t understand how to do this. Also the link you sent to me “Prime Video Support”  goes to Amazon.com. I live in Canada.  Is this the correct link for me ?
