Murdoch Mysteries- no closed captions

On Murdoch mysteries season 11, the closed captions will not turn on.

    Can you tell us which episode in the season has the closed captioning issue? Also, are you watching this on The Roku Channel?

      So far all of the episodes of season 11 have not had any closed captions. Yes, I am watching on the Roku channel. Even though I have the closed captions option clicked  to “on always”, it does not display them.
