Moving apps on home page.

When I highlight the app I want to move then hit the * a message comes up saying I do not have internet connection even though I do. I have up to date with updates. I have unplugged the power cable and restarted the Roku with no success. Suggestion?

    Have you also tried rebooting your Router and seeing if there are any changes? If that doesn't work, please let us know so we can explore more troubleshooting options!
