MORE WAYS TO WATCH Function, How to disable

Sometimes when changing a channel, a screen appears that says, "MORE WAYS TO WATCH", and prevents me from watching that channel or performing any other function, complete lock up. ROKU support says to; Go to ROKU Home Screen, Select Settings, Select Privacy, then select Smart TV Experience, (and another couple of steps to disable MORE WAYS TO WATCH), however, "Smart TV Experience" is not an option on the menu, from Privacy or anywhere else. How can I disable the feature, "MORE WAYS TO WATCH"? Thank you.
