Model: 3941X - Roku Express 4K+ Live TV channels don't work

The Live TV (channels) function doesn't work. One can see the list of all channels on the TV guide. But when clicking to tune in, none of the listed channels works.

The issue ID is: MW-400-415.

Can somebody help on this?
