Missing episodes on Paramount+ and Hidive apps

On the Paramount+ Roku subscription, episodes "Year of H-ell, Part II" which should be episode 9 and "Message in a Bottle" which should be episode 14 are missing in season four of Star Trek Voyager. ...

As of today, there are still missing episodes of Star Trek Voyager, specifically S4E9 - part 2 of Year Of **bleep**.   There are also other 2 part episodes that are missing throughout the series.  I hope you can understand how disappointing it is to have half of a storyline missing.
