missing app icons and blank screen issue STILL not fixed even after Roku posted it...

Mine is doing the same, same thing…. here’s my code xc013610 please get back to me

    Have you attempted to restart your Roku streaming stick in this case? (Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart) If so, does the issue still occur? Please let us know when the problem first began to occur as well.
