MGM+ shows my password as incorrect

I can't sign in to MGM+ because it shows my password is incorrect.  I don't see a MGM+ customer help and this forum seems to be my only option.  My password IS correct, so what is going on?

    Please be advised that channel logins or authentication are handled directly by the channel developer. We suggest reaching out to MGM's customer support team to report the issue and get help. They can resolve the error you are having with channel authentication.
