Mentalist - missing episodes

All of the sudden, many episodes are missing and the first two episodes are not what they say they are. When you play them, they are different episodes from different seasons. Half of season 7 episodes are missing. Help!

      This same thing is happening to me. Yesterday everything was fine, now today I’m trying to watch season 6 and it’s missing episodes 9 and 10. Very difficult for binging on this show! Please help.

      Episodes that are missing for me are

      season 4 E 1, 8, 18.

      season 5 E 1, 2, 11, 12, 16

      season 6 E 7, 8, 9, 10, 20, 21

      season 7 E 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 13

      season 4 E 24 plays wrong episode.

      thats a lot of episodes missing. Please help get this resolved.

  • Same for me. Was watching Season 4 Episode 20 which is about a Casiono murder and robbery then the next episode is well into season 6?

      This is the same issue I had. And then one episode is missing and then the last episode of season 4 is actually showing the season 3 finale. Makes it hard to enjoy the series. 

  • Same here! Season 3, 4, 5 and 7 have missing episodes for me! I hope this gets fixed!

  • Yes! My wife and I were trying to watch the last episode of season 4 and episode 24 is a repeat of another episode we already watched.

    episode 1 and 2 for season 5 are missing as well! What the heck?

  • Same problems. Seasons 6 & 7 are all messed up. This evening we watched season 6 episode 4 and were totally confused because but it was actually a season 7 episode. Lots of episodes missing in 6 & 7 and in the wrong order. Please fix.  

  • DITTO to everyone - they need to fix this ASAP. My first google search suggests that the same thing is happening with the "Bones" series....

  • We are having the same issue and thought maybe we had done something. Two days ago all was well, yesterday seasons 6 and 7 missing several episodes

     

  • Missing episodes of season 6 7-10 this is the key to everything about red John. Is anything being done to fix this issue? 

  • Season 2 episode 1 is supposed to be redemption. What comes up is Season 3 episode 1 Red Sky at night. 

  • Also having these problems since first reported here, still having issues almost a week later.

    Every day I get a different set of missing episodes! It took me two days to access Season 3 Ep. 24. Friday I tried to watch Season 4, Ep 1 -- it was in the episode lineup but when I selected it, it gave me Season 5 Episode 7.

    Saturday I am able to play S4 E1 but the *subtitles* are from a completely different episode!!!

    I understand this is a free streaming service, but this is getting ridiculous...
