medici tv login skips username

I added Medici TV to my roku.  I have an account with Medici TV and can access it on my computer.  When I  tried to use it on my Roku, it skips over the email/username and goes directly to password.  It appears like someone has used another username?  Not sure how to correct this

  • Hi margie4koi,

    Welcome to the Roku Community!

We understand you are having trouble with login issues on Medici TV. Have you tried to remove the channel and reinstall it? Please be advised that you first restart your Roku device before adding the channel again by navigating to Settings > System > System restart.

If the issue persists, We suggest contacting Medici TV support to report the issue and for further help. Because the channel logins or authentication in Roku are handled directly by the channel developer, they can resolve the error you are having with channel authentication.

    You can contact them here.

Please keep us posted on how it goes.

    All the best,

    Chel

Medici TV always says it’s a Roku problem. Roku NEVER remembers the MediciTV login information or for several other apps for that matter. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy system. You keep raising your rates but don’t improve your basic services.

MNprof, Roku is free; it doesn't have any rates to raise.  If you're paying for something, Roku may get a cut, but they don't set the price.  If you're having a problem with an app, you need to take it up with the developer of the app.
