But why is episode S03E12 Head-On Collision not available?
WIll it be available in the future?

Oh, I checked it again.
Episode 10 and 12 are the same "Runaway Train" (San Bernardino train disaster).
"Head On Collision" (Hinton train collision) is still missing.
