Max won’t recognize payment and still locked
Paid for Roku Max 5 hours ago. Roku Max is still locked. Any solutions or did I just get ripped off? It sho s in my account that it’s active and activated today but is locked on tv app.

There's two ways to access Max - one is through their standalone app and the other is through "The Roku Channel". They're mutually exclusive, so if one doesn't work, try the other one. When you do a search on your Roku device for Max, you'll see the two different icons.
