Max Renew Subscription - Page Not Setup Error
Yesterday I tried to resubscribe to Max via my Roku stick, however once I hit the renew subscription button I receive and error message of page not setup. I uninstalled the Max app and reinstalled it as well as checked for Roku system update and restarted my Roku stick. Previously I was subscribed via Roku however canceled my subscription, I went on Roku.com to renew the subscription however this is only used to manage subscriptions and I am directed to subscribe on my device.

After attempting the troubleshooting steps and videos from other channels play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help. Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developers themselves. In this case, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them.If you need anything else, please let us know.
