I cannot find a way to remove content from continue watching using a Roku ultra. On line it said go to continue watching and select item and press asterisk then remove from menu when I do it I get no menu. I tried the max web site it says I have to use Roku. I am at a loss about what to do next.

MAX started working correctly yesterday my issue is resolved thank you all.
