MAX is linked to other ROKU account which can’t be accessed
My max is linked to a Roku account which can’t be access . Is there a way to change /upgrade ?

If you open the MAX channel, and go into the menu on the left, there is a way to log out of the user account. I don't know if the channel will remember those credentials or permit you to change to new credentials. If it remembers the old credentials, you should be able to clear them out by removing the channel, reboot the Roku, then install the channel again.
