May we know what specific error code you receive when accessing the Max app? Also, have you tried removing the channel, restarting the device, and adding the channel? You can also try to check for the channel's update by clicking the Star button on your remote.

Hi Janadee, The error code was very long and I didn't write it down. It said there were tech difficulties and to try another video or show on Max. Other shows did and still do play correctly. I did restart my Roku and tried to update the Max app but it was up to date. I got concerned when I brought the Max website up on my desktop and the game was playing there. I'm hoping that the game will be shown on Max this evening.
