Max app keeps logging out - have to keep logging in

I regularly have to re-login to Max.

It is running on a RokuTV.

System and apps are updated. 

Issue ID is JW-056-276

    • Update the Max app.
      Highlight the app > Press the star (*) button on your Roku remote > Check for update
    • Restart your Roku device/TV
      Navigate to Settings, then select System, and choose Power or System Restart.

    If the issue persists, we recommend you contact the channel provider of these channel for further assistance.
