Max app keeps freezing or crashing. This only happens on Max.

When I try to watch shows on the Max app it frequently freezes or crashes altogether. I have checked for updates. I have rebooted my Wi-Fi. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app today and it took me 25 minutes on the phone with Max to get my account back open only to find out that the problem is still not fixed. All the other apps and streaming services were great. it only happens on the Max app. Ready to ditch the app altogether, but some of my favorite shows are only shown here

    It seems that you're having trouble with the Max app streaming, and we're here to help.

    Just give us a bit more info about your device so we can pass this on to the right team.

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (Press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times)
    • App build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)

        If you need more help uploading a photo, here's how to do it:

        1. Tap the Camera icon on the options above the text box.
        2. You may choose the following options below:
           

           


          If you choose Upload, you may Drag or select Choose files from your library. For URL, you may need to paste the URL of the photo into the space provided to upload it Lastly, if you choose Saved Photos, you can upload photos from the Community Forum.
        3. After uploading, click Done and your photo will be uploaded.

        If that doesn't help, you can type in the required info manually here. Let us know if you need more help!
