The issue is that the program will play and then you'll hit a point in the program where the picture stops on a frame and the sound continues and then after a bit the picture with jump forward and catch up. Everything will play fine for a few minutes and then the issue will happen again. At a certain point, a message pops up in Roku saying to check the internet connection. When I check it, Roku tells me the connection is fine. I've only had this issue with the Max app. Every other app works fine for me.
I first noticed this issue ~ Sunday, April 6th. I know this because the issue first came up on the day of the "The White Lotus" season finale.
I've tried, rebooting my internet connection. Updating the Roku app. Updating the max app. Downloading the roku app to my mobile device and using that to erase and reinstall the Max app.
I won't be able record what's happening bc it seemed as though Max doesn't care supporting the platform so I ended up cancelling my subscription.
