Max app crashing and keeps trying to reload after deleting

5+ yr old TCL Roku tv keeps turning on by itself and going to max app and making a terrible noise.  Even after deleting the app, it keeps sending me back to the page to install the app again.  It Keeps happening even after a factory reset of the tv and leaving it off when selecting my apps again.  Have 3 TCL TVs and it is only happening on the one.

Issue ID 30-324-920.  Please help!

    Try taking the batteries out of the remote and turn on the TV with the button on the bottom or the back of the TV.
