Welcome to the Roku Community!
We understand that you're having trouble with the Max app which won't load. No worries we are here to help.
Please provide us with the following:
- When did this issue start?
- Are you getting any error codes or messages?
- Have you tried playing other channels?
In the meantime, we recommend you try updating the app by following the steps below:
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Use the directional pad to select the Max app and press the Star button to open the Settings menu
- Select Check for Updates
- Once the app is finished updating, try opening it again.
