Issues within a specific app can only be addressed by the app provider. For MAX, the provider is HBO, and you would need to contact them for assistance. https://help.max.com/US-en/Home/Index
Blows my mind how many users are here blaming Roku for things out of their control. In another thread everyone is upset at spanish commercials on private channels that roku sells to third parties.
