Major Audio Issues on Ultra

I have a Ultra player in my living room.  The sound started distorting and now it is having poping, static.  Get's really load.

I have tried all the settings, restarting, unplugging and more.  Nothing is working.

I have tested my TV also and no issues.  It does this on all APPS.  

Please tell me if I need to reset the player totally or swap out for another player I have in the home?
