Maine Cabin Masters not showing current seasons.

We live in the Dallas area and would like to watch Maine Cabin Masters. We subscribe to Discovery + and all they offer is through season 7. Having friends in other parts of the country that are able to see newer shows tells us that it has to do with where we are. anybody got any good ideas?
