Loud commercials on live channels

I know this has been posted before but it's still a problem obviously. Commercials on these live channels are way too high. Not all but some will wake you out of a dead sleep. I know the settings can change some things but the problem is on Roku and the commercial providers side. There are FCC rules prohibiting this. Are you going to resolve this at some point?

    From fcc.gov:

    “Q:   Do these rules also apply to radio commercials or commercials on the Internet?

     A:   No, the CALM Act only applies to commercials aired on television.”

    A bill called the “CALM Modernization Act” has been introduced which would extend the rule to streaming.  I’m guessing your commercials will remain loud until/unless it is enacted.  So, poke your legislators.
