Lost all local channels with Directv Stream

No local channels at all on the TCL Roku TV. with Directv Stream. Performed a complete reset with correct zip code. Performed all the updates as needed. Restart. still nothing. The ironic thing is the other TV which is Sharp has all the channels.. Removed the DirectTV stream and reinstalled. Still no local channels. Have about 6 hours into this and about ready to cancel everything. The ironic thing is all the free channels, now they want you to subscribe. most of them anyway. Can't even get CNN unless i subscribe. this is absolute nonsense. Any ideas. throw the new TV out and cancel everything?
