Lost all local channels with Directv Stream

No local channels at all on the TCL Roku TV. with Directv Stream. Performed a complete reset with correct zip code. Performed all the updates as needed. Restart. still nothing. The ironic thing is th...

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand you're having trouble getting your local channel. You can try these steps:

    1. Rescan for Channels: Go to Settings > TV Inputs > Live TV > Scan for Antenna or Cable channels. 
    2. Hide the Streaming channel: Press Home > Settings > TV inputs > Live TV > Hide streaming TV channels >  Hide all.

    Performed all that was advised and still nothing. Logged on to Directv stream tech support. They were a awesome help with diagnostics After  the re boot, all the channels came back as needed. Thank You
