Local channels hidden is a safety issue

What is Roku thinking?  Hiding local channels and then having to go and hide streaming channels before you can see them is a major safety issue when there are local events occurring like bad weather....

We'd love to further investigate this issue that you're having with the local channels. Can you please provide the following information below?

  • May we know what kind of Roku device you are using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku streambar, Roku TV-Specify)
  • Do you have an antenna that is plugged in at the back of your TV?
