We understand that you are having trouble with the Paramount+ app not loading on your Roku device, and we want to help you resolve this issue.
Firstly, could you please let us know which Roku device you have, along with the serial number? Also, is the issue occurring only on the isolated channel?
In the meantime, we strongly recommend following the steps outlined below to see if they can help resolve the issue:
Restart your Roku device. Go to Settings > System > Power (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step) > System restart.
