We understand that you are no longer seeing the preview clips from Live TV pause on your Roku TVs after the update. No worries, we would be more than willing to sort this out for you.
We would like to take a closer look into this issue and coordinate this with our Roku-appropriate team, please provide us with the following:
- Software version and build
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
