Live TV pause solution/Fix

I was having issues with live TV pause not working for months. I tried tech support and changing thumb drives and was never able to solve the issue. I finally took it back to where I bought it but couldn't return it without first sending it to the service department for repair. A couple weeks later I got the call that it was fixed. The problem turned out to be a firmware issue that wasn't being downloaded automatically. They had to send it back to the company to get the software installed and now my live TV pause issue is no more.

    chapaj1 What was the nature of your Live TV Pause issue. Was it?

    1. You could not set it up and/or it was disabled.

    2. You could set it up, but it never actually stored any of the paused video.

    3. The pause/fast forward/rewind worked, but it would stutter, loose audio sync, and/or dump the buffer at random times.

    Also, what model TV did you have, where did you buy it, and where did you take it for service?
