live tv channels 18.3 and 18.4 missing from 79763

local channels 18.3 (comet) and 18.4 (charge) in 79763 area code have been missing for close to a year. i am able to pick these up on a separate tuner with no issues in my area.

channels appear when disconnected from the internet but disappear on reconnection. i have tried resetting, unplugging, etc.

    Try setting your ZIP Code in the Roku settings to one nearby.  It seems that if the listings that get downloaded when it connects to the Internet don't include a channel, that channel will be removed.
