I also had channel 21.3 disappear about 3 months ago and found this post looking for an answer. From the posts it appears to be an issue across zip codes. I still get channel 21.2. I have a DVR tuner attached to the same Philips Roku Smart TV with its own indoor antenna and it gets both channels 21.2 and 21.3. I have tried multiple things already mentioned on this thread to restore channel 21.3 and bought a filter (to eliminate any "interference"), which also did not fix. It is now May 2024 and wondering if an answer and fix is near?

Our team is currently aware of the issue and is undergoing an in-depth investigation regarding it. That being said, would you be so kind as to provide us with the following information?- Roku device or TV model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).
- Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID).
- Troubleshooting steps you have taken so far.
