In cases like this, your Roku device or network connection might need a refresh. With this being said, kindly follow the steps provided below:
Reboot your Roku streaming device
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart
Reset your network connection
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select Advanced System settings
- Select Network connection reset
- Select Reset connection
