Library is missing in action and I can’t locate my movies I purchased from April of this year.

I've just had this problem on two Roku devices and checking for an update did nothing. I have them set to check for updates daily. I'm thinking next is looking for a restart. Hoping not to have to delete and reinstall. The devices are a 4k streaming stick and a TCL Roku TV.
