Kojak and Columbo are unavailable on Universal Crime

Why did the Universal Crime channel take off Kojak and Columbo? Is that channel only going to be showing Homicide Life on the Street? Is Kojak and Columbo going to be showing again on that channel so...

Now it's just the Columbo channel apparently. Kojak is on somewhere else, and I haven't found some of the shows that were on previous to me finding all this [wasn't streaming much until I cancelled my sorry Optimum cable for lack of decent content]
