Kojak and Columbo are unavailable on Universal Crime

Why did the Universal Crime channel take off Kojak and Columbo? Is that channel only going to be showing Homicide Life on the Street? Is Kojak and Columbo going to be showing again on that channel so...

Columbo , The Rockford Files , Kojak and Quincy M.E. all return to Universal Crime Channel on June 2 in their regular time slot .As per the Roku tv listings .
