Keeps kicking me out of my apps and back to the home screen

Help! So on apps especially Hulu, prime and HBO max within minutes of beginning a show it kicks me off and back to the home screen. This just started about a week ago and I just deleted and reinstall...

Previously I posted that it was only happening on YouTube on my Roku 3 players where it would kick me out. It has not repeated that since I changed the HDMI cable over a month ago. However I did not realize that a lot of these issues were happening on Roku TV's which I do not have.  But curiousity has me wondering what will happen if I upgrade  and will I have the issues so many are having without any real resolutions?
