We understand that you are having issues with Plex on your Roku.
We recommend performing the below steps and seeing if you can resolve the issue:
- Remove the channel from the Roku device.
- Power cycle the Roku device by disconnecting it from the power cable and reconnecting the device back to power.
- Re-add the channel back to the Roku device.

If the issue persists, you'll need to contact Plex support to report the issue and request additional assistance. Each channel (app) on the Roku platform is built and maintained by the channel provider itself. You can reach them here: https://support.plex.tv/articles/

RanAndTonya You appear to have posted something in response to someone else, but your post is now on a new thread, so we have no context of your problem. What exactly is Plex doing or not doing for you? I use Plex on a Roku Stick when I'm traveling, and haven't had any issues.
