It looks like you're having trouble adding an app. Just a heads-up: If you see Open app when searching, that means the app is already installed. Sometimes, new apps get added to the bottom of your Roku home screen. To move it to the top, here's what you need to do: Go to Home > Find and highlight the app > Press the star (*) button > Press Move app to the top.
If the app isn’t showing up, try doing a quick system restart. Home > Settings > System > Power > System Restart.
