Issues streaming Netflix on my tcl Roku tv

Anytime I try to watch any episode or movie that I’ve already watched (or any previous episode to where I’m currently watching) it slowly loads to 24% and stays locked there indefinitely which results in the whole app crashing to the point where nothing can be watched. It’s been doing this for about a couple months now, I have the most expensive  Netflix subscription and my tv isn’t even a year old yet I would like to know if this can be resolved.
