Is there a Live TV channel list?

ie; where can I go to find out the what/when on a specific LiveTV channel. 

All I find on the website is whats currently showing.

Is there a date/time list for all the different channels, so I could see whats on at different times and days to schedule when a show I want to catch up on or see the next episodes etc.????

example: Universal CRIME has a rotation of 3 or 4 shows, so it's easy to figure out the when.

but this morning a show was on but I was walking out the door so now I wonder when I can catch that series again, I don't even know what channel but I know it was on my recently watched list so if I could find a guide that showed me Sunday morning listings I could figure it out.

    The only schedule available is the EPG (electronic program guide) that is available on the Roku device in the Roku Live TV guide. (you can use the FF button to scroll ahead through the time and manually see the shows coming up later in the day and a couple of days in advance.)

    If watching LiveTV online on the https://therokuchannel.roku.com/ or through the mobile app, there is no EPG guide available.

    It certainly would be nice to have some sort of the old "TV guide" though.
