A few things to note are that channels on Roku are handled and maintained directly by the channel providers themselves. We would recommend first getting in touch for additional assistance about this. Or, if you need a hand, you can contact one of our Account and billing teams for further assistance. Contact them directly through our Account-Billing Support page. Choose the options for "Account, payments & subscriptions," and they are the best ones to help you.
