Inactivity screen appearing after 10 min

I have a Hisense Roku TV.  I have a fire stick that I also use with this TV.  After 10 minutes of watching the inactivity screensaver comes on...I have this feature disabled on the TV and the firestick...I don't know how to fix the problem...I even made sure there weren't any updates for the Roku or firestick.

    What does the screensaver look like?  Can you tell if it's a Roku screensaver or if it's coming from the Firestick?
