Inability to download a streaming app on Roku which I already own on another device.

Question

I already own the streaming app BritBox on another device, an Amazon Firestick on another tv. When I try to download the Britbox app on my Roku device on a seperate tv, the only option it gives me is to start a free 7 day trial. It won't let me download the app which I already own. What do I do?

However, if you're paying for a subscription through Amazon don't be surprised if that subscription only works on Amazon devices. Can you sign in on their website?
