In show subtitles not appearing in disney plus or hbo

This has continuously happened.  I literally cannot watch anything that will be missing subtitles as I have no clue what is happening.

I will never buy another Roku Device.  If they fail this hard, they do not deserve our money.  They deserve to fail in the market place.

DO NOT buy Roku devices.  Stop supporting them.  They do not care about their customers.
