iHeartRadio app keeps signing out

Hello,

In the last few weeks, the iheartradio roku app has started signing me out. When I sign back in, it logs me out again after a day or so. I've tried restarting my Roku Ultra - 4802R, but this doesn't help. I use a long, complicated password, so having to do reenter it again and again via the on-screen keyboard is annoying.

Do you have any suggestions?

Have you also tried this quick fix below?

    1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
    2. Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart Now.
    3. Reinstall the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Streaming Store and add the channel again.

    Welcome Barliman

It seems like you're running into a login issue with the iHeartRadio app. Thanks for jumping in and trying to troubleshoot it.

Have you had a chance to update the app yet? If not, give it a try—just highlight the app >  hit the Star (*) button on your remote > Select “Check for updates.”

Let us know if this does the trick!

      Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me. The app reports that it's up to date.
